We are Party Animals!

Princess Party!
I watched my daughter become a full-fledged Princess at Sweet and Sassy complete with a tiara, scepter, and Princess certificate earned after she walked the princess runway. Hair updo, sparkling nails, lip gloss, purple eye shadow, and glitter, lots and lots of glitter! A glimpse into the future...

Mommies of the Princesses!

Elise's birthday breakfast complete with gingerbread pancakes and ice cream sundae. Yes, for breakfast! I definitely earned mommy points.

Elise: Mommy, are you going to teach me how to drive when I get older?
Me: Of course, I will.
Elise: But I don't know where the music button is.

Happy Birthday, Sweetheart! Don't grow up too fast.

Love Party!
Maria Selma was where it all happened. Two words: Enchiladas and Margaritas. It was the scene of our first date, so the natural place to celebrate our first anniversary. Wish we could have taken more pictures, but we were too busy feeding our faces.

Elise's Kindergarten Party!

Nothing's more fun than coming to school in your PJs to watch a movie, decorate cookies, and partying it up with your friends. That's exactly what Elise did. As a room parent, I helped coordinate the party. So much fun!
Elise stayed in her PJs all day....

...even to go shopping at Target (our favorite store).

White Elephant Christmas Party!
Good friends, good food, good gifts!!! We'll get ya next year, Lau sisters!

AABC presents The Gift.
Great performances. Elise sang. Alvin and I clapped. Ethan cooed.

Gingerbread House Party!

New Year's Eve Party!
Alvin and I had to work on New Year's day, so we stayed in and actually went to bed at 9:30. Party hats, party blowers, and a bottle of peach sparkling kid-friendly beverage was all we needed to end the year. We've been blessed!
